2. Belt press dehydration principle:

    The material is conveyed by a conveyor into the press's hopper. After passing through a distributor, the material is flattened and evenly distributed by the nip rollers, which are driven by inner and outer endless filter belts. In the pressing zone, large screen rollers squeeze out moisture, ensuring it is squeezed out from both sides. As the diameter of subsequent press rollers decreases, the filter belts form an "S" shape, generating increasing surface pressure and shear forces. Under the action of belt tension, the outer filter belt exerts pressure on the material, extracting the juice. As the roller diameter decreases, the pressure on the material between the belts increases, allowing the juice to be continuously discharged. After three or five stages of pressing, the force on the material increases. To ensure optimal dehydration, the material then passes over the drive rollers. After the inner and outer filter belts separate, a wear-resistant scraper removes the dehydrated filter cake (pomace) from the working surfaces of the inner and outer filter belts.。
