Equipment is recommended based on the customer's hourly slurry processing volume. After the slurry enters the equipment, it exits as clean water and dry mud. The dry mud is packaged and transported without dripping, and the clean water is recycled throughout the entire equipment.

With the increasing number of mines, quarries, and sand washing plants, sand production and washing in quarries generate large amounts of yellow mud, causing mud and water to splash everywhere. Environmental protection departments in various regions are paying close attention to this issue. Most sand washing plants face site constraints and limited sedimentation tanks. In previous years, the slurry generated during ore sand production was not promptly treated, leaving the sedimentation tanks unable to accommodate the excess mud and water, hindering current production schedules. This creates a vicious cycle, increasing manual slurry transportation. This long-term cost is significant and not a complete solution. Therefore, our company has launched a continuous sand washing slurry treatment equipment that operates 24 hours a day, regardless of wind or rain. The treated mud cake is directly loaded onto trucks for removal, and the clean water is reused in the sand washing machine for sand washing, achieving zero emissions and zero pollution.
